This confirms our telephone authorization given on September 26, 1985, for the changes in the Technical Specifications for the Washington Public Power Supply System Unit 2, as requested in your September 26, 1985 letter.
Facility Operating License NPF-21 is hereby amended by changing the Technical Specifi-cations exactly as requested in your September 26, 1985 letter.
Copies of the license amendment and safety evaluation for these Technical Specification changes will be sent to you when completed.
