315 524-4446 EXT. 301 at Ginna MONTH June 1988 The reactor power level was maintained at 1004 for the majority of the report period, with the following two exceptions:
On 6/1/88 a reactor trip followed by turbine trip occurred caused by "B" Steam Generator low feed flow low level, due to instrument failure.
The unit was returned to service on 6/5 and reached 100% reactor power level on 6/6/88.
On 6/20/88 the reactor power level was reduced to 984 for a short period to perform PT-16, a Periodic Test on the Auxiliary Feedwater System.
The power level remained at 1004 for the remainder of the report period.
