St. Lucie Unit 1 Docket No. 50-335 Pain Steam Line Break (MSLB)
With Continued 'Feedwater Addition In our letter (L-82-335) dated August 9, 1982., we provided a response to your letter dated May 31, 1982 which concerned proposed modifications to the St. Lucie Unit 1 Auxiliary Feedwater System.
We had planned to pro-vide a response to your request for an analysis of the core reactivity response at this time.
As discussea in our letter (L-82-498) dated November 10, 1982, we have decided to pospone the subject rxx3ifications until the Fall 1984 refueling outage.
This schedule change caused rmQ-ifications to the input parameters to the analysis being done to support the fuel cycle to start following our Spring 1983 refueling.
As a result.,
we will not be receiving a Main Stream Line Break (MSLB) analysis with the mx3ified system parameters fran our new fuel vendor this ninth.
The MSLB analysis to support the installation of the mx3ifications to the system will be done by our original fuel vendor, and we expect it to be campleted during the first'quarter of 1983.
We would, therefore, expect to suhnit a response to your concern by May 1, 1983.
