As a result, we are prepared to close the transaction on Monday, July 17 and would appreciate the NRCs officially issuing the changes to ARRRs operating license at your earliest convenience on Monday.

Ed - As you requested, and as I informed Cindy Montgomery by phone a short time ago, this is to confirm that closing will not take place today due to delays in receiving the letter of credit required as part of the license transfer. We still anticipate receiving the letter of credit this afternoon. As a result, we should be in a position to close on Monday and will talk to you then.
