the
Susquehanna
Steam Electric Station,
Salem
Township,
The
inspection
consisted
of observation
of activities,
interviews with personnel
and
document
reviews.
The results
of the inspection
are described
in the
NRC
Region I Inspection
Report enclosed with this letter.
During our inspection,
the inspector identified two violations.
One violation
involved
inadequate
corrective
action
for
a 'ocumented
Nonconformance
concerning
loosening
of anti-rotation devices
globe
valves.
The
second violation concerned
an inoperable fire door to
a
4KV switchgear
room
which
was
not
detected
by
the
daily
Technical
Specification
surveillance.
Please

in accordance
with Appendix A.
