Notification of Completion of License Transfer and Request to Continue Processing Pending NRC Actions Previously Requested by Entergy In the referenced letter, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued an Order approving transfer of the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-59 and the transfer of the generally licensed FitzPatrick Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation from Entergy Nuclear FitzPatrick, LLC, as owner, and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., as operator, to Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) to possess, use, and operate the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. This letter provides notice that the transfer of these licenses was completed today, March 31, 2017.
Prior to the license transfers, Entergy made docketed submittals to the NRC that requested specific licensing actions, such as license amendment requests, relief requests, exemption requests, etc.
Accordingly, Exelon hereby adopts and endorses those docketed requests that are currently pending before the NRC for review and approval. Exelon requests that the NRC continue to process those pending actions on the schedules previously requested by Entergy.
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this correspondence.
