was conducted

R. Nimitz

M. Markley on August 24-27,
1987.
The findings of the inspection
were
discussed
with Mr. T. Perkins.

The inspection covered:
organization
and staffing; training; audits;
external
exposure controls; internal
exposure controls; contamination control
and start-up
surveys at Unit 2.
One apparent violation involving failure to adhere
to radiation protection
procedures
was identified.
You are required to respond to the violation in
'naccordance
with the instructions
contained
in the enclosed
Appendix A.
The response
directed
by this letter and enclosed
Notice is not subject to the
clearance
procedures
of the Office of Management
and Budget as required
by the
Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1980,
