FSAR Changes Submitted July 24, 1986, Concerning Nine Mi']e Point, Unit 2 Organization and Training In a letter dated July 24, 1986, you submitted changes which were to be made to the Nine Mile Point, Unit 2 FSAR in the areas of organization and training.
The staff has reviewed the organization portion of that submittal and has the following concerns:
1)
Figure 13. 1-5 shows the addition of a new position entitled "Assistant to the Superintendent Operations Nuclear."
What are the duties and qualifications of individuals in this new position?
2)
Table 13.5-4 deletes the "Technical Review Panel'"
from the approvals column.
Why has this review group been deleted?
How wil'I multi-discipline reviews of procedures be performed?
Upon receipt of satisfactory responses to the above questions the staff will complete its review of the organization portion of your July 24, 1986, letter.
Resolution of these issues is required for fuel load.
The training portion of the July 24, 1986, letter is still under review.
