1 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.
80 to Facility Operating License No.
DPR-63 for the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit No.
1.
This amendment is in response to your application dated October 17, 1985.
The amendment modifies the Technical Specifications by adding the words "hot shutdown" to Section 6.2.2 to the required times a licensed Senior Operator must be in the control room.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Reeister notices.
