1) component with the reactor coolant pressure boundary.

In Table 3.2-1, page 1,

a reference to note (3) should be added to the instrumentation piping beyond the outermost isolation valve.

In Table 3.2-1, page 2, a reference to note (3) should be added to the instrumentation valves beyond the outermost isolation valve.

In addition, to be consistent with the instrumentation piping on page 1, the guality Group classification for these valves should be "B or D", the Seismic Category should be "I or NA", and the guality Assurance Requirements should be "I or NA".

In Table 3.2-1, page 2, identify the guality Group B and C

essential valves in the recirculation system.

In Table 3.2-1, page 2, identify the guality Group D

nonessential piping and valves in the recirculation system.

I In Table 3.2-1, page 3, add the Scram Discharge Volume Header as a line item of the CRD Hydraulic System.

This component should be classified Seismic Category I, guality Group Classification B, and guality Assurance Requirements I.

In Table 3.2-1, page 13, identify the Seismic Category, guality Group Classification, and guality Assurance Requirements for components of the following Diesel Generator Auxiliary Systems:

(1) Jacket Cooling Mater System, (2) Lube Oil System, and (3)

Combustion Air Intake and Exhaust Systems.

In Table 3.2-1, page 15, Cooling coils for essential portions of HVAC Systems have been omitted.

These cooling oils should be classified Seismic Category I, guality Group Classification C,

and guality Assurance Requirement I.

210.12 In Table 3.2-1, page 24, Note 13, the references to Notes 12 and 11C are incorrect.
