Program at Nine Mile Point.
The improvements will be reviewed
during
a future inspection of your licensed
program.
Regarding
Items B.2 and B.3 of your letter
we understand
from a telephone
discussion
on October
19,
1982 between
Mr. J. Duell of your staff and
Mr. R. Nimitz of this office that:
1) the next quarterly Action Plan
Progress
Report will provide the status of procedures
previously listed
without completion dates;
and 2) the Action Plan Progress
Reports
dated
prior to August,
1981 will be reviewed to ensure all commitments
have
been
implemented.
