By letter dated April 21, 1988, Pacific Gas and Electric Company responded to NRC Bulletin 88-03, "Inadequate Latch Engagement in HFA Type Latching Relays Manufactured by General Electric (GE) Company."
In your response, you confirmed that relays subject to the bulletin are not in use in Class lE applications at the Diablo Canyon facility.
Therefore, we consider this action complete, and are closing TAC numbers 73871 and 73872.
