Test Reports Reviewed During Site Audit at the Diablo Canyon Units 1 and 2 Environmental gualification Program In order to aid the Equipment qualification Branch in developing a computerized data bank of equipment test reports, we, request that PGIEE provide a copy of all the reports r'eviewed during the equipment qualification audit on August 31,-
September 4, 1981.
A list of the equipment items that were audited is provided in Enclosure 1.
It is not necessary for you to send the complete files or any plant specific analysis or calculations; only the test reports are needed.
The test reports will be handled 'as proprietary and will be returned after completion of the work.
The equipment is not being reaudited and the information gathered will not affect the overall audit results.
This request is not a staff requirement and your participation is voluntary.
