The enclosures relate to the investigation of piping wall thickness in several areas 6f the Reactor Coolant System (RGS).
As a part of the investigation being performed by NRC iRegion V, Parameter, Inc.,conducted and evaluated non-desCructive tests of the RCS piping.
Their report is presented in Enclosure l.
Enclosure 2 is the transcript of a public meeting held July 14, 1982 to discuss PGKE's report.
Enclosure 3 is an errata to the Pacific Gas
& Electric Company's report dated July 5, 1983 on this subject.
The issue of minimum wall thickness for the reactor coolant system p'iping was previously reported<<to you in Board Notification No. 83-'96, dated July, jl!li, 1983, Board Notification No. 83-89, dated June 29, 1983, Board Notification No. 83-83, dated June 24,
