REPORT NOS. 50-269/88-28, 50-270/88-28 AND 50-287/88-28
Thank you for your response of October 28, 1988, to our Notice of Violation
issued on September 28, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your Oconee
facility.
Regarding violation 287/88-28-02, your response did not address your actions
taken or planned to improve the effectiveness of your test program.
Specifically, in the areas of complicated testing your actions to assure
adequate evaluations are performed for initial plant conditions and review of
all associated interface requirements. As a result of discussions between your
staff and the Oconee resident inspectors, we understand that you will submit a
revised response by December 1, 1988.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective action during future
inspections. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.
