MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 -CORRECTION LETTER TO LICENSE AMENDMENT REGARDING NUCLEAR SERVICE WATER SYSTEM ALLOWED OUTAGE TIME EXTENSION (CAC NOS. MF6409 AND MF6410)
Dear Mr. Capps By letter dated March 16, 2016 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15306A141 ), The NRC staff issued an amendment to the Renewed Facility Operating licenses for McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2. The license amendment request was submitted by Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC (Duke) via letter dated June 30, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15191A025), as supplemented by letters dated August 11, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15247A066), September 24, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No, ML15275A155), October 8, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No, ML15313A174), December 7, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15343A012), February 1 O, 2016 (ADAMS Accession No. ML16047A383), and February 25, 2016 (ADAMS Accession No. ML16064A239).
Subsequent to issuance of the letter, it was identified that the section identifying those TS pages to be removed and replaced contained an error.
Specifically, the page incorrectly indicated that page 3.6.6-2 should be removed and replaced with a revised version. A corrected remove-insert page has been enclosed with this letter and should be used in lieu of the one issued.
