Dear Mr. Powell:

This letter provides notification of a change, to the safety project manager assigned to the South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2, license renewal review. Effective immediately, Ms. Lois M. James will be the safety project manager for South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2.
