248, RE: DIRECT TRANSFER OF FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-72 FROM EIGHT MINORITY CO-OWNERS TO DUKE ENERGY FLORIDA, INC.
Dear Mr. Hobbs:
By letter dated October 30, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued License Amendment No. 248 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-72 for Crystal River Unit 3. This amendment reflected the direct transfer of 6.52 percent ownership share to Duke Energy Florida. Subsequent to the issuance of this amendment the omission of amendment numbers from the revised license page was identified. A corrected page is enclosed.
