Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2,..and 3 By letters dated May 21, 1984 and January 18, 1985, you submitted an upgraded Shift Technical Advisor (STA) program for the Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3. We have evaluated the upgraded program and find it acceptable, as discussed in the enclosed Safety Evaluation.
As stated in your January 18, 1985 letter, you will propose an amendment to the Technical Specifications by July 1, 1985 that will reflect the upgraded STA program.
