This refers to the inspection conducted on August 24-28, 1998, at the General
Office, Charlotte, North Carolina, which reviewed the Duke Power Company
Access Authorization Program. The enclosed report presents the results of this
inspection.
During the inspection period, your conduct of activities at the Corporate
Office relating to the current Access Authorization Program was considered
excellent.
Within the scope of the inspection, violations or deviations were not
identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's,"Rules of Practice," a copy of
