This answers your December 4, 1981 letter responding to our letter and Notice of
Violation dated November 6, 1981.
Based on discussions with your QA Manager, Operations and the additional infor
mation provided in your letter, we concur in your denial of the alleged violation
and our records shall be adjusted accordingly.
During a subsequent inspection we evaluated your program for ensuring the ade
quate performance of your contractor with respect to the requirements of IWA-1400
and have no further questions at this time.
