This refers to your October 29, 1980 letter, for.approval of the primary route as requested in your March 17, 1980 letter, for shipments of Oconee spent fuel to the Babcock & Wilcox Lynchburg Research Center.
The review of the request was completed November 26, 1980.
In accordance with fee Category F (Special Projects) and Footnote 4 of Section 170.21 of the enclosed Part 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for review of the subject request, and the actual cost of the review is $38 (1 man-hour @ $38/m-hr.). We have, therefore, notified the NRC Office of the Controller to issue your Company an invoice for the fee.
