We have received a copy of your application dated March 6, 1981, that was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
The application proposed Technical Specifications for the upgrade of the anticipatory reactor trip system for your Oconee Nuclear Station (Units 1, 2 and 3) as requested by ONRR's letter dated December 4, 1980. Fees under the provision of 10 CFR 170.22 did not accompany your application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that this application will involve a pro forma addition to the Technical Specifications. As such, a Class II fee of $1,200 is applicable for one of the units and a duplicate fee of $400 is applicable for each of the other two units. It is requested that your Company remit a sum of $2,000 to this office. If the ONRR staff's final review of this application reveals that these fees are incorrect, you will be notified and any necessary adjustments will be made.
