We have received a copy of your application dated October 2, 1980, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
The application proposed several changes to the Oconee Nuclear Station Units 1, 2 and 3 Technical Specifications in response to an ONRR letter dated July 2, 1980, on Lessons Learned Category "A" items. A Class III fee of $4,000 and two Class I fees of $400 each were remitted with your application under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.22.
On January 28, 1981, the ONRR staff completed the final review of this application and issued Amendments 92, 92 and 89 to Licenses DPR-38, -47 and -55 (respectively). Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of the final review of the application, it has been determined that this application involved consideration of several safety issues. As such, it qualifies for a Class IV fee of $12,300 for one of the units.
Therefore, it is requested that your company remit an additional sum of
$8,300 to this office. The two Class I duplicate fees which were paid for the other two units are correct.
