(iii). These relief requests are associated with the third ten-year ISI interval for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station Units 1 and 2.

The NRC staff has reviewed the application and concluded that the information delineated in the attachment to this e-mail is necessary to enable the staff to make an independent assessment regarding the acceptability of the proposed relief request in terms of regulatory requirements and the protection of public health and safety and the environment.

Please review the DRAFT information in the attachment and contact me to set up a meeting with the NRC staff. In accordance with LIC-109, Acceptance Review Procedures this meeting should be held within 5 business days of the date of this e-mail.
