and 97 for Licenses Nos. DPR-38, DPR-47 and DPR-55 for the Oconee Nucl"ear Station, Units Nos. 1, 2 and 3. These amendments'consists of changes to the Station's common Technical Specifications (T,,'s) in response to your request dated August 19, 1981.

These amendment'. revise the TSs to allow the extension of Unit 2 Cycle 5 operation to 390 EFPD.

Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
