Dear Mr. McCollum:
In a September 11, 1997, letter from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff to Duke Energy Company, the staff indicated that submittal of five sets of the scoping drawings referenced in the Oconee license renewal application was acceptable. Based on recent discussions with your staff, agreement was reached that a total of seven copies would be provided to the staff to facilitate its review of your renewal application.
