- Sign off step H.3.(a) and (b).
- Step H.3.c is N/A.
- Sign off all steps of Attachments D, except step 1.a.(3) which is N/A.
- Sign off all steps of Attachment E except for step 1.a.(2) and 2.a.(2), indicate N/A.

2014 ILT NRC JPM SRO Admin 2 - Rev. 00 INITIAL CONDITIONS You are the Unit 1 Control Room Supervisor.
Unit 1 is operating at rated power with a normal electric plant lineup.
Unit 2 is currently at 300 psig and lowering with a shutdown in progress for a weekend outage.
QCOS 0005-08, Unit One Electrical Distribution Breaker and Voltage Verification, was completed last shift by the Admin NSO and is ready for review.
Lines 0401 and 0403 are Out of Service.
Transformer 12 Load Tap Changer (LTC) is in automatic with the Tap Setting at 9.
Switchyard voltage is presently at 353 KV.
Notification from Transmission has been received that the Predicted Post Unit Trip switchyard voltage is low at 345.2 KV.
This JPM is NOT time critical.
INITIATING CUE QCOS 0005-08, Unit One Electrical Distribution Breaker and Voltage Verification surveillance has been submitted for your review. Perform the review.
