SEISMIC QUALIFICATION OF THE AUXILIARY FEEDWATER SYSTEM (MPA C-14),
TAC 43636 We have completed our review of your submittals dated December 31, 1981, July 21, 1982, and August 20, 1982 in response to guidance contained in our Generic Letter No. 81-14, "Seismic Qualification of AFW System."
We conclude that there is reasonable assurance that the auxiliary feedwater system at H. B. Robinson Unit No. 2 has sufficient seismic capability to withstand a safety shutdown earthquake and accomplish its safety function.
Therefore, we consider this action closed.
Our Safety Evaluation Report and our subcontractors Technical Evaluation Report is enclosed.
