Thank you for your letters dated January 6 and 18, 1983, which transmitted the fees requested in our letter dated December 30, 1982, pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, for three requests in connection with the H. B. Robinson Plant, Unit No. 2. The requests, which were filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review, were dated April 30, July I and August 6, 1982.
The purpose of this letter is to inform your Company that we have received an amended fee determination from the ONRR staff which states that the review of your steam generator replacement program filed on July 1, as supplemented by your related submittals dated September 16 and January 6, 1983, will involve review of a complex.issue-rather than a significant hazards consideration as previously stated in our letter of December 30, 1982. If the ONRR staff's final review of your July 1 request, as sup plemented, reveals that the Class IV fee which your Company paid is not correct, you will be notified and Any necessary adjustments will be made.
