We have received copies of the following requests which your Company filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review in connection with the H. B. Robinson Plant, Unit No. 2:
- 1. An April 30, 1982 request for Cycle 9 operation, as revised by letters dated July 13 and September 24, 1982. A Class II fee of $1.200 was paid with this application pursuant to 10CFR 170.22.
- 2. A July 1, 1982 submittal on Steam-Generator Replacement. Fees pursuant to Section 1170.22 were not remitted with this submittal.
- 3. An August 6, 1982 request for delay of implementation date specified in Amendment No. 70 to License No. DPR-23. Fees were not remitte with this request.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as result of their preliminary and/or final reviews for the above requests, it has been determined that:
- 1. The April 30 application involved consideration of a safety issue; therefore, a Class III fee of $4,000 is applicable in lieu of the Class II fee. As a result, an additional sum of $2,800 is required for it. The application was approved by Amendments No. 71 and 73 issued on July 23.and December 10, 1982, respectively.
- 2. The July 1 steam generator replacement program requires NRC review and approval and will involve significant hazards considerations. Therefore, a Class IV fee of $12,300 is applicable. Our records show that a "Notice of Proposed Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License" was issued on November 18, 1982, for this request.

- 3. The August 6 request was administrative in nature and requires a Class II fee of $1,200. This request was approved by Amendment No. 72 issued on August 24, 1982.
In conclusion, it is requested that your Company remit a total of $16,300 to complete the fees required for the requests referred to in the above items 1 through 3. If the ONRR staff's final review of item 2 reflects that the Class IV fee is not correct, you will be notified and any necessary adjustments will be made.
