- H. B. ROBINSON This refers to the meeting conducted at your request in the Region II Office on January 26. 1990.

The purpose of the meeting was for you to present a self-assessment of the H. B. Robinson facility.

A list of attendees and a copy of your handout are enclosed.

It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial in that it provided a better understanding of the actions you have taken with respect to the weaknesses addressed in the last SALP report, as well as those identified through problems/events encountered during the SALP period which ended December 31, 1989.

We appreciate your discussion of the challenges you face and the goals you have set for the present SALP period.
