FEMA FINAL REPORT ON THE OCTOBER 6, 1987, H. B. ROBINSON EXERCISE Please find enclosed for your information, a copy of the FEMA Region IV report documenting their findings for the H. B. Robinson Power Plant exercise conducted on October 6, 1987.

No deficiencies were identified, however, the report identified five areas requiring corrective action in Section III, as well as several areas recommended for improvement in Section IV.
