1.3 Establish maximum saltwater cooling to the south (north) TPCW heat exchanger as follows:
1.3.1. OPEN CWS 531 (CWS 530), the saltwater inlet to admit saltwater from the circ pumps or the saltwater pumps (via SWC 308).
1.3.2 Prime the saltwater side of the heat exchanger.
1.3.3 Throttle CWS 533 (CWS 532), the saltwater outlet valve, to provide sufficient cooling and maintain the heat exchanger full.

1.4.1 CLOSE ISA 894 (ISA 893), air to the POV of the south (north) TPCW pump.
1.4.2 CLOSE TCW 338, stop-check valve upstream of CV 516 block valve (above the auxiliary cooler in the cable tray).
1.4.3 Ensure OPEN CV 515 and 516, TPCW containment isolation valves.
2.0 Start TPCW pump:
2.1 START the south (north) TPCW pump.
2.2 Throttle TCW 309 (TCW 310), south (north) TPCW pump seal supply, to maintain 10 to 12 PSIG.
2.3 CRACK OPEN ISA 894 (ISA 893), the air supply to the POV and and attempt to slowly load the TPCW system.
2.4 When the POV is fully open, OPEN ISA 894 (ISA 893).
2.5 SLOWLY OPEN TCW 338, to allow containment coolers to fill.
2.6 Monitor TPCW tank level for trend.

3.1 If the turbine plant cooling water pump or heat exchanger is drained, then fill and vent.
3.2 OPEN or CHECK OPEN TCW 301 (TCW 302), the selected turbine plant cooling water pump suction.
3.3 Establish saltwater cooling to the south (north) TPCW heat exchanger as follows:
3.3.1 OPEN CWS 531 (CWS 530), saltwater inlet to admit saltwater from the circ pumps or the saltwater pumps.
3.3.2 Evacuate the saltwater side of the heat exchanger us step 6.4 of this procedure.
3.4 OPEN ISA 894 (ISA 893), air supply to the POV.
3.5 Place the pump control switch in AUTO.
3.6 CHECK CLOSED CWS 533 (CWS 532), the saltwater outlet valve of the standby TPCW heat exchanger.

CAUTION Below 28'O SFP level air will enter the charging PUMP suction.
1.0 Align charging pump suction from spent fuel pool:
1.1 Close MOV 883.
1.2 Ensure spent fuel pool (SFP) anti-siphon cap installed.
1.3 When directed from the Control Room, operate the following valves:
1.3.1 OPEN SFP 301, SFP low suction.
1.3.2 CLOSE SFP 330, SFP high suction.
1.3.3 STOP spent fuel pool cool-ing pump.
1.3.4 CLOSE SFP 331, SPF cooling pump suction.
1.3.5 Unlock and OPEN CRS 426, SFP to MOV 1100 B-and 0.
1.3.6 VERIFY OPEN CRS 425, RWST to MOV 1100 B and D.
