An application dated dated August 25, 1987, was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. This application requested approval of SCE's corporate restructuring which will result in the creation of a holding company for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your August 25 request. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
