SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY and SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, hereby submit Amendment No. 128.
This amendment consists of Proposed Change No. 150 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13.
Proposed Change No. 150 revises Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13, Section 3, "Contents and Conditions."
Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13, Section 3, "Contents and Conditions," Condition 3.E, "Steam Generator Inspection," currently requires an interim steam generator inspection 6 equivalent full power months of operation from the backfitting outage that ended on November 27, 1984.
Implementation of the current Condition 3.E would require 3-4 week inspection outage, currently scheduled to begin on May 3, 1985.
Proposed Change No. 150 is a request to revise Condition 3.E, "Steam Generator Inspections," to allow operation until the scheduled November 30, 1985 refueling outage when a steam generator inspect-ion will be performed. This revision is based upon the conclusions of the report entitled "1985 Re-evaluation of Steam Generator Inspection Interval, March 1985", provided by SCE's letter dated March 19, 1985.
