Docket No. 50-206 Amendment Application No. 128 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three executed and forty conformed copies of Amendment Application No. 128 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13. Amendment Application No. 128 consists of Proposed Change No. 150, which is a revision to Section 3, Contents and Conditions of Provisional Operating License No.
Proposed Change No. 150 is a request to revise Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13, Section 3, Contents and Conditions, Condition 3.E, Steam Generator Inspections, to allow operation until the scheduled November 30, 1985 refueling outage when a steam generator inspection will be performed.
This revision is based upon the conclusions of the report entitled "1985 Re-evaluation of Steam Generator Interval, March 1985," provided by SCE's letter dated March 19, 1985.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12, as revised in 49 FR 21293 dated May 21, 1984, the review of Amendment Application No. 128 is determined to require a fee of $150.00. Accordingly, SCE's check in the amount of $150.00 to cover the fees was enclosed with our letter of March 19, 1985.
In response to an NRC Staff request, also enclosed is a copy of San Onofre chemistry procedure, S0123-III-2.1.1, "Unit 1 Steam Generator and Condensate/Feedwater Chemistry Control and Sampling Frequencies."
The procedure is provided to facilitate the review of our water chemistry controls stated in the report provided to you on March 19, 1985.
