Docket No. 50-206 Environmental Qualification Issue San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 By letter dated February 3, 1981 we requested that our environmental qualification submittals dated February 13, 1979, June 18, 1980 and October 31, 1980 be removed from the NRC's Public Document Room. The reason for this request was due' to summary information extracted from Westinghouse proprietary reports was included in our submittals. Based on the NRC's March 10, 1981 letter from Darrel G. Eisenhut, this proprietary issue has been resolved. In particular the Policy Issue attached to that letter indicates that Westinghouse has agreed to drop its proprietary claims on summary information. This letter is written to rescind the request of the February 3, 1981 letter.
