ATTACHMENT TO LICENSE AMENDMENT NO. 46 PROVISIONAL OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-13 DOCKET NO. 50-206 Revise Appendix A Technical Specifications and Bases by removing all of the pages applicable to Section 4.7 and by inserting the enclosed pages. The revised pages include the captioned amendment number.

58 4.7 INSERVICE INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS Applies to Class 1, 2, and 3 pressure retaining components and their supports.
Objective:
To examine and/or test applicable components to ensure system integrity and/or operability.
Specficaion:commencing at the start of the second 120-month period of operation from start of commercial operation the following inservice inspection requirements shall apply:
(1) Inservice inspection of components shall be performed in accordance with Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and applicable Addenda as required by 10CFR5O, Section 50.55a(g), except where specific written relief has been granted by the NRC pursuant tol10CFR50, Section 50.55a(g)(6)(i).
Basis:
This specification ensures that inservice inspection of components will be performed in accordance with a periodically updated version of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and Addenda as required by 10CFR5O.55a(g).
Relief from any of the above require ments, has been provided in writing by the Commission and is not a part of these technical specifications.
The inspection programs for ASME Code Class 1, 2 and 3 components ensure that the structural integrity of these components will be maintained at an acceptable level.
