This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. D.J. Wi 11 ett, of thisoffice,
on September 2-5, 1986,. of activities authorized by NRC license NOS. DPR-13,
NPF-10, NPF-15 and to the discussions of our findings held by.Mr. Willett with
Mr. Wharton and other members of yourstaff at the conclusion of the
inspection on' September 5, 1986.
Areas exaltied during this inspectior are described in the enclosed inspection
report.. Within these areas','the inspection &ontisted of selective 'examinations
of procedures and representatige records $ interviews with personnel,
and
observations by the inspector.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure
wil 1 be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
