San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2 By letter dated August 23, 1982, you affirmed the implementation of maintenance procedures as required by the San Onofre Unit 2 license condition 2.C.(5)C. We find that the implementation of the maintenance program procedures delineated in your August 23, 1982 letter are acceptaple provided that all matters relating to item 3 of the above cited letter be fully implemented by first refueling but in no case later than two years from the issuance date of the San Onofre Unit 2 low power license.
