Docket No. 50-206 Steam Generator Repair San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 By letter dated November 19, 1980, we submitted two copies of the uncorrected transcript of the October 23 and 24, 1980 meeting of the San Onofre Unit 1 Steam Generator Sleeving Review Board. The transcript is entitled, "Steam Generator Sleeving Review Board Meeting, San Onofre Unit 1, Steam Generator Sleeve Repair for Southern California Edison, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Forest Hills Division, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15221, Thursday, October 23, 1980 - 8:15 A.M., Friday, October 24, 1980 - 8:05 A.M."
We stated that the transcript contains information proprietary-to Westinghouse Electric Corporation and requested that it be held in confidence for internal
-review pending receipt of an affidavit and request for withholding the transcript from public disclosure.
Submitted herewith are the following enclosures: :

A proprietary version (marked "Westinghouse Proprietary Class 2") of corrections to.the aforementioned transcript, :
A proprietary version (marked "Westinghouse Proprietary Class 2") of handouts utilized in the-October 23-24, 1980 meeting of the San Onofre Unit 1 Steam Generator Sleeving Review Board.

Non proprietary versions (marked "Westinghouse Proprietary Class 3") of Enclosures 1, 2 and 3, respectively.

-2 Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1), it is requested that Enclosures 1, 2 and 3 of this letter be withheld from public disclosure. This request is made for the reason that the Enclosures contain proprietary information, the public disclosure of which would adversely affect the competitive position of Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Such proprietary information was originally included in a report entitled "Steam Generator Repair Report, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1, September, 1980" which was forwarded to the NRC by a Westinghouse Electric Corporation letter dated Spetember 11, 1980. The basis on which the information contained in Enclosures 1, 2 and 3 of this letter may be withheld from public disclosure by the NRC, as identified by reference paragraph notation in those Inclosures, is the basis on which the information contained in the September, 1980 Repair Report may be withheld from public disclosure and is set forth in the affidavit of R. A. Wiesemann submitted by letter dated September 12, 1980 by the Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
Enclosures 1 and 4 were prepared from an orginal copy of the aforementioned transcript which was marked-up by Westinghouse to correct and clarify the transcript. Corrections alone are reflected in Enclosures 2 and 5.
I am informed and believe that the aforementioned transcript with corrections identified in Enclosure 3 are true and accurate by my personal presence at the time of the conversations and information provided to me by individual speakers and/or others present.
