SEP TOPIC 111-6 SEISMIC DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNIT NO. 1 Enclosed is a draft copy of an analysis of the safety injection piping for San Onofre Unit No. 1 performed by EG&G Idaho for the NRC staff. We request that you review this repo:i t and provide your comments within 45 days. The information used in this analysis was contained in Mr. Baskin's letter dated October 29, 1982. Please indicate in your comments whether the information used in this report represents the as built condition of San Onofre Unit No. 1 or whether it represents the safety injection system with modifications.
In addition, we request that you provide your latest seismic analysis reports of the charging and pressurizer spray system and diesel g erator control cabinet. This information will be used to perform a comparison of the two analyses, i.e. the staff's independent confirmatory analysis and y'ur analysis.
