Ziemann dated September 4, 1979, Docket 50-206 As required by 10CFR 50.55a(g), we submitted Inservice Inspection and Testing Programs for San Onofre Unit 1 as enclosures with Reference (1).
Supplemental information regarding these programs was submitted with Reference (2).
These programs were authorized for implementation on January 1, 1978, and requests for relief were granted on an interim basis per Reference (3).
On June 26 and 27, 1978, we met with the NRC staff in a working session to resolve concerns associated with the programs.
Reference (4) provided proposed procedure revisions and associated relief requests for the Inservice Inspection and Pump Testing Programs as a result of the above meeting. This submittal provides proposed revisions to the Inservice Valve Testing procedure and associated relief requests as a result of the above meeting.

Enclosed are forty copies of each of the proposed procedure revisions and relief requests for all Inservice Inspection and Testing Programs.
These revised programs and implementing procedures will be incorporated following your approval for all testing and inspections performed thereafter.
