ATTACHMENT A Existing Specifications 6.5 REVIEW AND AUDIT 6.5.1 ONSITE REVIEW COMMITTEE (OSRC)
TECHNICAL REVIEW AND CONTROL ACTIVITIES 6.5.1.14 The station security program, and implementing procedures, shall be reviewed at least once per 12 months. Recommended changes shall be approved by the Station Manager and transmitted to the Manager of Nuclear Operations and to the Chairman of the NARC.

The station emergency plan, and implemienting procedures, shall be reviewed at least once per 12 months. Recommended changes shall be approved by the Station Manager and transmitted to the Manager of Nuclear Operations and to the Chairman of the NARC.
6.5.2 NUCLEAR AUDIT AND REVIEW COMMITTEE (NARC)
AUDITS 6.5.2.8 Audits of facility activities shall be performed under the cognizance of the NARC.
These audits shall encompass:
- e. The Facility Emergency Plan and implementing procedures at least once per two years.

The Facility Security Plan and implementing procedures at least once per two years.
