SEABROOK STATION, UNIT NO.1 - CORRECTION TO ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT 137 REGARDING THE ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (TAC NO. MF1033)
Dear Mr. Walsh:
On June 17, 2013 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML13074A760). the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No. 137 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-86 for the Seabrook Station, Unit No.1. This amendment consisted of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated March 1. 2013. The amendment deleted the TS Index and made corrections to Seabrook TS 3.4.8, "Reactor Coolant System Specific Activity," and TS 6.8.1.6.a, "Core Operating Limits Report."
By letter dated July 9, 2013 (ADAMS Accession No. ML13179A402), the NRC staff made a correction to an administrative error in paragraph 6.8.1.6.a.1 on page 6-16 of the amendment, as an arrow symbol was used instead of the delta symbol; however, the corrected page issued contained an additional administrative error in that it included a reference to TS 2.1.2 in paragraph 6.8.1.6.a.2 that was previously deleted in the amendment. This administrative error is being corrected.
A copy of the corrected page is enclosed.

ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT 6.8.1.6.a Core operating limits shall be established and documented in the CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT prior to each reload cycle, or prior to any remaining portion of a reload cycle, for the following:
