Dear Sir or Madam:

On December 8, 2011, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) submitted a request to extend the frequency of a surveillance requirement and revise the allowable value for degraded voltage relays (Reference 1). This letter supplements that request with regard to the timing of the amendment following approval.

Attached is a revised mark-up of Technical Specification page 3.3-74. This revision, necessitated by the timing of the pending approval of the amendment request, removes the "Note 1 "that was included on the original mark-up.. Entergy also requests that the implementation due date be revised to "within 90 days" of approval of the amendment request. These changes are necessary to support implementation of the amendment with the plant in operation.
