NOTICE OF INITIAL DISCLOSURES In accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards Initial Scheduling Order dated April 4, 2011, as amended by its Order (Granting Motion to Modify Deadline for Initial Disclosures), dated August 23, 2011, NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra) is providing notice that it has made its initial disclosures pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(a) to the other parties in this proceeding via e-mail. NextEras certification pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(c) is attached. In accordance with 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(d), NextEra will supplement these disclosures as additional information or documents are developed, obtained or identified.
