I. SECY-11-0130 - FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Co. (Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1), Appeal of LBP-11-13 (Apr. 26, 2011), Docket No. 50-346-LR The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal by FirstEnergy of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision in LBP-11-13, which granted the hearing request of Beyond Nuclear, Citizens Environment Alliance of Southwestern Ontario, Dont Waste Michigan, and the Green Party of Ohio. The Memorandum and Order affirms the Boards decision in part, and reverses it in part.
(Subsequently, on March 27, 2012, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
