Vietti-Cook, Secretary STAFF REQUIREMENTS - DISCUSSION OF ENFORCEMENT ISSUE (CLOSED--EX. 5), 9:00 A.M., TUESDAY, APRIL 19, 2005, EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOM, ONE WHITE FLINT NORTH, ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND The Commission was briefed by the NRC staff on the proposed Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalties to FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company concerning violations at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. The Commission approved proceeding with the enforcement actions, as outlined in SECY-05-0060, and waived the requirement for additional Commission notification for the action in the form of an Enforcement Notification (EN).
